Feeling into Freedom

I had an inkling of impending change last weekend. So, I suggested to my hubby that we walk a different way to my usual route. So that afternoon we ventured up into the historic hills beyond St Andrews and Smiths Gully, about a ten minute drive from home. There amongst the peace of nature the hour long walk was like a breath of fresh air.

Choosing a different path

The following day (Sunday) I suggested another walk I’d been wanting to do for awhile. Again it was less than a 15 minute drive from home, the Blue Lake in Plenty Gorge.

Arriving to the stark sight of a burnt out car, we walked in to Plenty Gorge park and, as we have a habit of doing, ended up taking a wrong turn and walking much further than we needed to. Through bush land, over hills, and tracks, through forest that was burnt during last summers devastating bushfires, which seem a lifetime ago.

Even though the walk to the lookout was only supposed to take 20 minutes it took us over an hour. It felt like some sort of close-to-home epic adventure!

I loved every minute of it. I loved the fresh air, the feeling of freedom and the winter sunshine. Though we both had our masks with us we barely passed another soul. It was exhilarating. Finally we reached the lookout and this view below. At certain times of the year the water is a vivid turquoise blue. Maybe we’ll go back in spring. If we can.

Later that afternoon we heard the news. Another lockdown. Melbourne was to go into Stage 4 for a further 6 weeks. My husband’s work was about to end. Amongst the restrictions we can now only move within a 5kms radius. My intuition was right.

Even with my inkling the emotions were rampant: worry, fear, anger, frustration and sadness. Stress for all that was coming, all that was unknown, the unjustness of what was unraveling, not just here but all over the world. So many lives impacted, economies shattered. The effects of this shutdown would be worse than the virus.

I succumbed to the feelings. Then much later that night, thanks to the help of a few beautiful friends out there, in the blogging and virtual world, my mindset began to shift … and has since kept shifting.

Thank you Amy. Such timing. Sometimes what we need is a ray of light in the form of a friend, at the right time, gifting us with supportive and uplifting words.

Allowing the Feeling

I’ve been doing a lot of feeling since then. Not thinking but feeling.

Let’s face it. We can’t assume logic because there’s very little logic in what’s unfolding. However, we can’t escape feeling, it’s a part of being human. It’s natural to experience fear, anger, worry, grief and sadness.

Fear has a purpose

I’ve realised that we need to pay attention to the fear … because if we don’t it will shackle us and make us not trust our truths. When you think about it fear has controlled us, our entire lives.

Fear conditions us to feel as though we’re not safe, that we don’t have a choice or a voice. It’s designed to keep us down.

And now, in the greatest storyline of humanity, when the fear propaganda is getting so loud, we have a choice. We can buy into it or we can let it go.

Such easy words to write and yet it’s such a challenge. But here it is: Don’t let it control you. See through it.

Today here in Melbourne, like in many places, masks are mandatory. The energy shift is almost palpable. Many are so afraid. And though I’m wearing a mask when I’m in public, it’s not because I’m scared. I see through it. I walk my one hour allowed daily walk, alone and in nature, unmasked, breathing in fresh air.

Revolution and freedom is coming. But we need to be strong and courageous. We need to stop watching and believing all the media hype. I hope people are starting to question the narratives.

“The dark is only as strong as our fear of it “ from The Condor

I watched a video which spoke about fear the other day from Lorie Ladd, who’s well worth seeking out. These were the powerful takeaways:

  1. Feel the emotion but don’t identify with it
  2. Observe it like you are merely experiencing it. Nothing more. Every now moment is always shifting. So that it detaches itself from the fear that perpetuates.
  3. Recognise that it will pass, as nothing is stagnant. Energy is always moving.
  4. Ask yourself the question: Who am I? Just remember you’re not anger. You’re not fear. You are a being of light in a human form standing in 3D consciousness.
  5. Feel safe and recognise that the fear is just an experience.

You can watch her full clip here.

It’s going to get intense over the next few months. I can feel it. And it’s going to take effort not to get pulled into the fear.

I love these words from Amy: It is SO easy to be drawn into that fear and it is constant work to block it. Don’t be fooled that this journey is easy for one minute. It is probably one of the most difficult of your life. I have FAITH in you that you will overcome and come out so strong, like you have never been before …

Let her words lift you as they lifted me.

Feeling into Freedom

So step outside and look up. The Universe holds mystery and awe. Connect with nature and stillness. The reality is that for most of us, life IS peaceful. Fear does NOT need to control us. All the stories, lies, drama, manipulation, control, fear propaganda … everything that is outside of us and is perpetuated by those who want to control for a much bigger agenda …

Choose to let it go.

Choose to anchor in love.

Choose to let go of feeling like a victim.

Focus on your own love and light.

Have faith in something bigger than us.

Trust in your own sovereignty and raise your energy. By doing that we’ll raise the consciousness of the planet.

As we walk into an unknown future we can always choose our reaction to a situation, even if we don’t like it. I may be restricted to the same paths I’ve walked for the past five months but I still feel free in my mind.

We all have a choice as to how we see our path. I’ll probably stumble again, falter and fall but, with like minded people around to support me, I’ll always get up. A new earth is unfolding. Are you feeling the oneness as we unite?

We ARE safe.

We WILL get through this.

Sending you love and light.

Our walk last weekend. And yes, we WILL find a way through.

  1. Oh, Julie! Tears are in my eyes. What a beautiful and powerful post! Months I felt that fear and it just consumed me. The moment I made the firm decision to not only close the door on fear but to lock it, I could breathe again. I am so so grateful that my words helped you and I am very humbled indeed that you not only shared my post here but my words I spoke to you. Bless you from the bottom of my heart. May the “advice” held within this post reach far and wide for it is only when we say NO to the deliberate onslaught of fear propaganda, that is when we find our peace and our freedom. Judgment is here for many, you can have my word on that. Yes the economy here in the States has crumbled in so many ways especially in New York State, yet in time people will rally, come to their senses, and begin in a new way. I am SO proud of you for writing this post. I thank goodness that more and more are WAKING UP knowing this is not about a virus, but a much larger sinister movement behind it. It’s also about a major cleanup of a massive amount of evil that is taking place right now. Keep the faith. Hang on. Don’t allow the madness control you but instead rise above as you are, to shine your light in your unique way. When enough pressure is applied, a pure and perfect diamond emerges. (smile) Much love to you!! xo

    1. Amy, your email and words the other night helped me no end, as did the post that I so happily shared here. Things are grim here in Melbourne, the worst of it is the compliance of everyone to do anything and everything seemingly without question. Judgement is rife. But I pray in time people will see the huge ramifications of what this lockdown will do and start to wake up. Thank-you again my friend and I’m assuming you meant to write Miriam and not Julie! 😉 No matter. Much love and hugs to you as well and stay well and strong. xxxx 🌹

      1. SO sorry! I don’t seem to be awake yet. LOL *blush* As for peeps waking up …. I am seeing just that after months of too many complying. It is shocking how people don’t question but just seem willing to follow whatever they are told …. I call this the Child Syndrome. Time to grow up and put our big kids’ pants on. The ramifications of the lockdown are grim here …. suicides, mental illnesses, addictions, paranoia, OCD, fear of others, economic ruin except for those large corporations that were allowed to stay open while everyone one else was forced to shut down. Small businesses ruined. Everything in chaos. BUT! To finally know and see people realizing what is truly going on, that is my sweet honey. I no longer feel so alone. (((HUGS) coming your way! Sorry again for the name mixup. Oops. xo

        1. Haha, that’s okay. It happens to all of us.
As for what you wrote, I’m glad that people are finally waking up there. ‘Child Syndrome’ is a good name for it. I think that it’s the same here, people feel they need to be told what to do! I’m sure there’ll come a day when they’re pushed to the wall, there’ll be nothing left to lose and they’ll say ENOUGH. Roll on that day. But in the meantime it seems to be all about conforming.
Yes, the streets are empty but when I read Donna’s email it put a whole new perspective on it. Silver linings indeed! Gives me immense hope. Thanks again Amy. Big hugs. xo

  2. Oh Miriam, I loved so many things about this post. For each book I write, I choose a verse from the Bible that centers around the theme of the book. The verse for the story I’m currently writing is Hebrews 11:1. I chose this verse before the pandemic and now, five months into this nightmare, I’m so happy I did. I’ve clung to this verse knowing it’s okay to have fear because my faith will allow me to be bold enough to move forward. “The effects of this shutdown would be worse than the virus.” This is so true and I do believe the media is to blame. I’m sorry you’re now in another lockdown. There is talk here about a national lockdown…God help us if that happens. Thank you for sharing your lovely writing and beautiful photographs, it’s exactly what I needed. Stay well! xo

    1. Jill, what a beautiful idea to choose a verse from the bible as a storyline theme. And how apt that yes, right now, it should centre around faith, what we absolutely need the most. I agree that yes, it’s ok to have fear and we probably wouldn’t be human if we didn’t experience it. But it’s having the faith to move through it that truly empowers us. Enjoy your writing and I hope that a national lockdown doesn’t come your way. Let’s stay strong and focus on all that’s good. Thank you again for your kind words. Take care. xx

  5. Incredibly powerful post. In both imagery and words Miriam. It felt like a walking prayer. Exactly what my soul needs right now. I have made the choice to step back from social media for the month of August and spend more time nature. And your post helps me do just that: “Choosing a different path”. Grateful for you all all your adventures. Inside and Out.. Literally! Andrea xo

Thanks for your kind words. “A Walking Prayer”, how I love that. Sending you lots of love and warmest wishes from across the ocean. Enjoy being out in nature my friend. She’s so healing. xx

  9. Just when we think we’re out of the woods, we’re not, Miriam. It’s hot here and people are taking their families to the cool of the beach as they always have. The mask is in the beach bag, an essential of life these days. So on one level I’m still experiencing freedom but you can’t help but be aware of the plight of others. My youngest was here for a week and was dreading a return to inner city life in the UK. I’m miserable for him but powerless to change his world. I can only smile and try to find positive things to say. It’s not the legacy we wanted for our kids. But without hope we’re all lost. Thank you for always trying to find the light 🤗💕💕

    1. Hi Jo, I’m glad you’ve got the beach close by, it’s always a solace (even if you have to have a mask in the beach bag!) but I’m sorry for your son. You’re right though, all you can do is stay positive and hopeful for him. Things are ramping up everywhere now as expected. We all need to stay strong and hopeful and focused on reclaiming our human rights. It will happen. 🙏

  11. Beautiful, Miriam. I also feel that things are going to intensify. I’ve pretty much moved beyond the fear, thanks to Nature, which is the only voice I heed. But it will be a challenge to live among others who are submerged. Right now my solution is to shut off. Probably not the best solution, but it’ll have to do for now. The advice to observe emotions without analyzing, judging, or trying to avoid is very, very effective. I’ve been consciously doing that for months now and have worked through so much. Sending you summer sunshine and warm wishes.

    1. Thanks Julie. I think you’re very wise to heed the voice of nature, she’s rarely wrong and brings a lot of comfort. I think shutting off is a good idea though I’ll admit it’s hard to disconnect completely. And you’re right, it’s hard to live amongst others who are submerged in fear. Still, I persevere and do my best to my vibe high. Thank you for the summer sunshine and good wishes. It’s appreciated on a very cold winters day here. Stay well. xx

  15. I watched that Lori Ladd video too. It was a good one. This lockdown feels different somehow – there seems tobe more room to relese the fears and not get so caught up in the external chaos.
I used to live in Hurstbridge many years ago. It’s nice to see photos of the bush out that way. Does St Andrews market still happen when it isn’t lockdown? I used to love that market.
Hope your keeping warm and finding ways to find peace. I hope your husband is able to find work again quickly.

I still remember the fun times I had when my kids were really young and went to Learning Co-op outside of Hurstbridge. I’m glad you husband has work. The economic fall out from all of this will be very serious. Then again maybe that will part of how we bring the new earth into being.

  16. Wonderful words Miriam and oh so true. The pandemic is a terrible thing but the lockdowns are almost worse as they restrict normal life and fill the world full of fear. It’s so tough to see past the warnings and doom and gloom being broadcast everywhere but we have to balance everything out dont we? It’s all about managing risk and working out how you feel. We are back living in a big town and using public transport but are happy with mask-wearing, hand-washing, social distancing etc. Just need to get that balanced approach.

    1. Hi Jonno, I think it’s devastating what’s happening on a global scale. And this fear pandemic is the worst bit, it’s taking such a toll, on every level. I only hope that more people wake up to the fear tactics and propaganda that’s taken hold. We don’t need that doom and gloom constantly in our head. I do agree with you though, that to function in society at the moment it’s all about balance. Take care and stay well. 😊

  19. I’m so sorry you’re in another lock down, Miriam! We’ve moved backwards a step here, too, but can still move about somewhat freely. For how long, who knows, as fear is being peddled here too and many people are buying it. It’s a virus, for goodness sake, that most people won’t get and that most people will survive. Better treatments are already here and so is an understanding of the virus and they’re working on a vaccine. Definitely time to be adults, weigh our risk, wear our masks, and social distance and do our best not to let this destroy our economies and our way of lives.
And I love what you are saying about fear….we do have to stand up to it and not give in. We can, and will, beat this. Meanwhile, we need to do whatever it takes to keep us positive and hopeful, and to live our lives as fully as we can in this situation.

  22. Hi Miriam, I like how you went from the feeling of worry, angry, anxious and stressful to the understanding of fear, to overcome the fear, not to be controlled by it and chose to be free from it. It’s a great feeling of victory.

I don’t watch news. When I watch, I understand where those news were coming from. Only bad news get to the front page. Violence gets more attention than peace. People just don’t know that peace is what they want.
I’m in California. We are still in phase 1. The state was going to let businesses reopen, but people let the guard down right away and the cases surged again. Our church of several thousand members started to allow 100 people to meet in person practiced distancing. But it only went on for four weeks and the Governor announced to stop the meetings. We wear masks everywhere we go, even going out for a walk.

I think this virus is dangerous. The 1918 Spanish Flu last for two years, affected 500 million people and killed 50 million. I don’t know how long Covid-19 will last. Google announced that their staff will work remotely until summer 2021. The situation we are in right now is worse than the 2007-2009 Great Recession in the US. The Covid-19 is affecting the whole world. I don’t know what will happen in at least one year time. I don’t expect this to be over in the near future.

I’m retired, but I still have to accept this non-active life, and live defensively to stay safe. I try to accept this new normal and establish a new routine. My husband and I are thankful for every new day to be healthy and alive.

Thank you for your beautiful post, Miriam!

    1. Hi Miriam, I think you’re very wise not to watch the news. It’s very much fear propaganda based on keeping people glued to a repetitive cycle of negativity and fear. And yes, violence and bad news has always got more attention than peace.
It sounds as though you’ve still got some freedoms in California which is good. Masks are everywhere right now, quite amazing how it’s become the new normal. I guess when we’re told it’s to keep us safe we comply we’ll do the right thing. But I do question so much. Time will tell how this all plays out but I guess all we can do in the meantime is look after ourselves, stay safe and keep that fear at bay and our vibration high. Like you I’m thankful for every day and for all our blessings. Take care and stay well Miriam. 🙏

      1. Hi Miriam, you’re right. All we can do right now is look after ourselves. When there’s no sure right thing to do, I would rather be cautious. Some restaurants are open on the patio, but even that, we are not going yet. One church on our street set up a big tent in the parking lot for meeting.

One thing I do watch is the statistics of cases and deaths in the world, the countries, the US, and some states. The hot spots are switching.
There are two family weddings coming up. We cancelled the one in Hong Kong, and still thinking about the one in New York.

My daughter and I are self quarentine for 14 days before I arrive to see them. We do what we can and not fighting against the situation.

        1. I don’t pay too much attention to the case numbers anymore Miriam. Not like I did initially. I’m learning through deep research that much of these numbers are manipulated and fabricated. Did you know that nursing homes are paid an incredible amount to state the cause of death is COVID. And there are financial incentives for hospitals to list CV as the cause of death on the certificate. There’s much more going on behind the scenes than we know. But I’ll agree with you on one thing. we need to look after ourselves and look out for each other. Take care. 🙏

        2. Yes, Miriam. I’m aware of the nursing cases. It’s sad that professionals are taking advantage of the situation. The medical fraud is always there and the current crisis give them another opportunity to branch out. It’s so sad. My husband’s back surgery cost half a million dollars and the insurance paid! That’s how driving our insurance premium so high.

My husband had a hospital strategic planning business for years and he shared his insight with me.

There was something he knew how to manipulate the numbers, but he realized that it was not ethical.

I take any public info with a grain of salt. The thing is that there’s no way to fight the system. Even people who have the vision and got into the positions, it’s like swimming up stream.

        3. Indeed, you’re right about that. There’s something way bigger going on than just a virus. And what I’ve learnt through all of this so far is not to trust anything and do your own research, especially when it comes to MSM and the government. We might not be able to do much physically but we don’t have to be completely blind to it. Here’s to keeping the faith and our vibe high.

Love what you point out here about having choices, no matter which situation we are in. I remember being in really tough situations in my past and telling myself “I ll find a solution for this”. Seek and you´ll find, right?

If you seek for information to confirm your Fight/ Flight/ Freeze-based feeling and thinking, you´ll find it, especially nowadays. If you ll seek peace, comfort etc- you ll find it, too… It´s all in the mind, and learning to manage and work with the mind is, to me, one of life´s biggest responsibilities and privileges… I send you so much love and warm hugs for these weeks! 🤗🤗🤗 Btw, have you heard of Alberto Villoldo, PhD? 1. Hey Maria, my friend, why am I not surprised that you can relate to this post? 😍We’ve always been on the same wavelength and we both, in our own veritable styles, like to spread hope and positivity through our words. I love what you wrote about our mind and learning to manage it and how it’s always our choice.
I honestly believe we’re going through a unique time in history. Initially sad, angry and fearful, these days I’m just trying to anchor myself in love and peace. I do have my days and it’s usually when I’m triggered by something I read or hear, but mostly I steer clear of the BS narratives. A new world is unfolding and whilst many are blind and asleep there’s many waking up. Seek and you shall find, indeed my friend. Thanks for the name Alberto Villoido, I haven’t heard of him but will check him out. Here’s to living with an open mind and heart and leading with love. Big hugs amiga and yes, talk soon. xxxxx 💕

      1. Hi my sweet and powerful lioness-friend 😍! Yes, we are totally on the same wavelength here once again, and I can only echo your sentiment that we have similar missions on our mind:) Yay! I totally understand you, my friend, I guess we all have our days, especially this year, and feeling all the feelings of the rainbow of emotions that make our lives so rich is a part and privilege of being human i guess… not always easy, but always worth it, in my perception… I am always proud of you and agree with your perception of a new time unfolding….and staying clear of too fear-based media. I find that type of media unethical, actually! YES- to living with an open mind and heart, and leading with LOVE! Love that!!! Tanti baci and hugs, and a molto presto, sending love from a hot and muggy Spanish day xoxoxo 💕💕💕

  25. Aww! Another lockdown must be so hard. We never had a lockdown, we just practiced social distancing and stayed away from crowded places. You’re incredibly strong my friend. Hang in there! Your words are like magic in these times. I’m so glad you were able to take in the sights and sounds of nature before the lockdown. We’re living in surreal times. And each one of us has a challenge to overcome. I’m sure things will work out and you will emerge stronger than before! Bear hugs and positive vibes from Seoul! xoxo

    1. We sure are living in surreal times Cheryl. Who would have ever imagined a life like this, locked inside, with curfews, masks etc. I could understand it if it was necessary but I do believe there’s another way bigger agenda happening. But people, thank goodness, are waking up. And my faith is way stronger than my fear. Thanks for your supportive words and positive vibes my friend. Yes, we will get through this! Big hugs from Melbourne xxx 😊

  26. Thank you so much for the gift this post has given me! I have been having the same kind of feelings, which I am certain many have…and it is hard not to get wrapped up in the fear of the unknown. Your words touched me with honesty and with comfort. We are many miles apart, but we are all facing many of the same challenges. Thanks for helping me to stay in the energy of love…because when we are in that energy we do not feel fear!
May you be washed with Sweet Blessings!

  27. Wonderful words, thank you. “Choose to let go feeling like a victim”. I love it. I’m feeling this is all unnecessary, and wondering what the real agenda is. The sheeples are making it too easy; living in fear, subscribing to media. I’m in country Victoria, so we’re only stage 3. My concern is not for me, we’re lucky enough to have a large garden, and music, and we live near a bike track. My son however, is in Melbourne, in a poky little upstairs unit with no balcony. If sending positive energy for keeping spirits lifted really works, then he’ll be in very high spirits -I’m sending them to him all the time.

    1. Stay positive Jen, you sound like a wonderful mum. My daughter is in regional Victoria too, in the high country, in stage 3 and like your son I’m in Melbourne. It’s a strange time at the moment here. Everything is shifting and there’s a lot going on that we’re not told but the key is to let go of the fear and anchor yourself in love. And question everything. Start digging and you’ll soon understand that this pandemic is a cover up to something much, much deeper. Keep sending those good vibes to your son. He’ll be ok.

  28. Thanks for keeping it real, Miriam. I’m in metropolitan Melbourne and Stage 4 lockdown is certainly underway. It’s definitely mask outside and staying indoors as much as possible. It’s so quiet outside now. You are right saying there is so much fear right now. There’s so much uncertainty about what lies ahead, and what’s going on will probably not go away for a while. Adapting to what’s been going on has helped me move along and the days are alright for me. Your photos of Plenty Gorge remind me of when I was there a few years ago. It is a big park, and I remember seeing kangaroos there. Take care.

  29. All of this! Such a wonderful post and timely reminder, Miriam. I’m so glad you were able to take those walks before the lockdown and that you are still able to spend time in nature. It is definitely my solace. Tuesday night, I tried my first attempt at astrophotography. Outside under that inky sky filled with twinkling lights, I was reminded there is something so much bigger. This too shall pass and may we all come out stronger and more in touch with our authentic selves. Sending so much love and light, my friend! xx

    1. Hi Amy, yes nature is definitely our solace, even if it’s simply a walk nearby or getting our hands into the dirt in our gardens. Astrophotography sounds absolutely wonderful. Enjoy the exploration and looking up at the infinite! Love, big hugs and light back to you dear friend. xx

  30. Thank you so much for your valuable and inspiring post, Miriam. I felt so nice and calm reading all about fear and how we need to confront it and let go with positivity and yes that we are not this body but are eternal beings. Loved all your wonderful pictures and awesome to be in such an environment. Everything will pass let us all be united and joyous in life.

  31. Thank you, Miriam, for these reassuring words. It helps me to do as you say, take a step back and realize the fear is a feeling that will pass. The fear is not me…it is an experience I am having. My sister shared a beautiful story with me about an elderly man who told a young woman, “I don’t pay attention to the news headlines, I make my own: Man meets new friend…Man celebrates 70 years of marriage…Man discovers beautiful nature trail.” I’m glad you are still able to take walks in nature. That is always healing for me. Thank you for sharing your feelings and insights. I found your post through a comment you left on Erica’s Behind the Scenery blog.

  34. Miriam, a wonderful and uplifting post – and just what I needed to read. My emotions are a pendulum … it is hard to learn to let go of the fear, to learn to trust ourselves and see hope beyond it all. Think I’m getting there though!

I’m glad you had a chance for some extensive longer walks before your new lockdown – I feel so for you all but your positive mindset and fantastic support from everyone is such a boost and support for you.

Take good care of yourself, my dear friend! Summery hugs from across the globe winging their way to you. hugs xx ❤️🦋

    1. I agree Annika, it’s a constant challenge to let go of the fear. And “pendulum” is absolutely the right word to describe it. How apt as that’s the word I’ve used in the current post I’m writing. Glad to hear though that you’re getting there, it’s such a surreal time.
Take care my friend and thank you, as always, for your kind, thoughtful words and your summery hugs. Sending warm hugs and much love back. xx 😍

  35. Hi Miriam, I appreciate how a hike in a different area can feel like an epic adventure, even when it is close to home. The colour of the water is surreal. I clicked on Amy’s link and WOW, gorgeous photos! I cannot imagine the energy shift in Melbourne. I know I am catching up on reading, so a week has already gone by. Great uplifting words from Amy. Other words that resonate with me “raise your energy.” A moving post, Miriam. Thank you for sharing your powerful words. ❤️

    1. Hi Erica, always lovely to read your comments, and it really doesn’t matter if it’s a week or more later. They remain the same. Yes, those hikes feel a lifetime ago now but I’m sure the day will come again when we can venture out once more. For now I’m simply trying to stay focused, calm and in the present, where there’s really so much to be grateful for. Thank you for your beautiful presence here. And yes, I agree, Amy’s words and pics are incredibly uplifting. Thank goodness for our amazing community. xx

  36. Such a beautiful message dearest Miriam. Following our instincts is the best thing any of us can do, that and our common sense.. Though for some common sense has been over taken by fear…
You rightly see that Fear has also its uses.. We are moving though these times and its only by adjusting our awareness looking that fear straight in the eye, and seeing it for what it is… Do we discern to dissect it as we begin to step back and really SEE what is happening within our world..

And yes the impact of locking down, masking up is going to have far reaching consequences in the long term.. And only those who are willing to step out of their fear and go into their ‘feelings’ as their hearts and intuition kicks in, that tells them what is happening around the world is far more than the some total of those fatalities, as sad as they are to those who have lost loved ones, is way of proportion as we have had other bigger fatalities with H1N1 Swine flu, and Spanish Flu

I am so pleased you followed your heart and were able to get out on these walks before further lockdowns Miriam… I have been reading and seeing what is happening in Australia and its not made for pleasant reading or watching..

Lori Ladd is a great teacher and her wisdom you know I have been following for some time.. Friends are vital at this time as we delve into sorting out the wheat from the chaff…. So many right now held in fear…. But even this will pass,

This time was always going to happen, I never quiet envisaged it in this way. Dismantling the corrupted systems within the world is always going to be painful for those within this time line who are partaking in seeing it crumble..

I have great HOPE in fact I hold more than Hope dearest Miriam… I hold a knowing… that this is but the catalyst of Changes which are going to impact our future generations.. Changes to which we also choose to be witness to in this incarnation at this time time here on Mother Earth..
We are not alone…. and others outside of this realm is willing us along.. But it is we who have to do the work to bring about those positive changes.. Our Free will cannot be overridden, even though its been hijacked in the past within this Dream-spell…

People are waking up, and for many this is their wake up call… Sending my thoughts my heart and my love Miriam..
Take care and hang in there my friend we are by your side in spirit my friend.. ❤ ❤ ❤ 💖🙏

    1. Dear Sue, your words brought me to both tears and gave me goosebumps. I know deep within that they are absolute truth. We need to hold tight to our free will. So many changes that are manifesting both on an outer and inner level lately. I’m seeing many people awakening slowly and I so hope that many more will let go of the fear and begin to question the narratives that they’re so dutifully obeying.
Thank you dear friend for your words of wisdom, of comfort, love and inspiration. Know that I deeply appreciate you. Sending love and my heartfelt thanks across the ocean. xxx ❤️🙏
