Weekly Photo Challenge – Harmony in water

It ripples and it shines

easing tensions and releasing angst,

a life giving force

a balance between mind, body and soul.

The sight of it soothes the soul

a caress of nature when dark takes hold,

reflections cast mesmorising light

to contemplate life in brilliance.

Drown in it if worries take hold

but stay afloat and feel empowered.

Think and say words of peace

and at waters edge be one with nature

and with ourselves.

Like the river of life

the currents ebb and flow,

through good days and bad

not releasing its hold.

Harmony at Barmera

And the bird soars over and the pelican glides

as worries pass over and tensions subside,

whilst life trickles on.

Romance and harmony

It cleanses and washes away regrets,

smooths new beginnings.

Precious life, precious water

abundant with love

and harmony.
