Out an' About

As a relatively new blogger I was delighted, and somewhat surprised, to be nominated by the lovely Mann Kaundal, author of the wonderful and inspiring blog AlpenGlow to take part in this challenge. Thank you, even though I still feel slightly awed at this whole new blogging community.  I am discovering so many amazing writers who each share such enthusiasm and passion. My humble travel blog is still, I feel, in its infancy, but already I feel it branching out in directions I hadn’t anticipated.

So in keeping with my theme of travel and love of photography and life in general here is my first quote for Day 1: Nothing too heavy, but a philosophy of life I feel we can all resonate with. Simple yet strong.
